Our Programs & Classes

Students and enthusiasts of Karate have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

KIDS BEG/NOVICE This class is for all children that are white, yellow or orange belts.

KIDS INT/ADV. This class is for all children who are blue, green, purple and brown belts.

KIDS OPEN CLASS This class is for children who are yellow belts and higher who do not participate in the weapons or fighting classes.

KIDS FIGHTING CLASS This class is for all children who are orange belts and higher who want to participate in a fighting class.

KIDS/TEENS OPEN CLASS This class is for all children green belts and higher along with all teens.

TEENS OPEN CLASS This class is open to all teens of all ranks.

ADULTS OPEN CLASS This class is open to adults of all ranks.

TEEN/ADULT FIGHTING CLASS This fighting class is for all teens/adults with the rank of orange belt and up.

Competition Practice This class is for our Local and National Competition Team Members. To work on either Kata, Weapons or Fighting.
